Binding Arbitration

Hyundai Motor America no longer offers Binding Arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism. As such, it is not necessary to opt out of this program. Hyundai Motor America continues to offer alternative dispute resolution through the BBB AUTO LINE Program.
