If you should have a warranty complaint with your vehicle, Hyundai Motor America encourages you to attempt to resolve your complaint by (1) contacting your dealer, (2) contacting Hyundai Motor America's Customer Connect Center at (800) 633-5151, or (3) having your case reviewed through the procedures discussed in Section 4 of your Owner's Handbook and Warranty Information. Should you wish to pursue further action against Hyundai Motor America, your claims or disputes related to your vehicle's warranty shall be resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Binding Arbitration Agreement in your Owner's Handbook and Warranty Information.
If you do not wish to be bound by the terms and conditions of Binding Arbitration on the following page, you may proceed and revoke the Agreement.
